Here's one of my favorite Southwestern condiments:
Toss first six ingredients in a bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add avocado just before serving. For the minced hot pepper, I use something from the garden: a few jalapenos or just one habanero. Adjust to your taste. It goes well with chips or as a side condiment to other Southwestern-style entrees.
