Saute 2-3 cloves of chopped garlic in 2 ounces olive oil until slightly blond. Add a large handful of chopped white onion, one pinch red pepper, and one pinch salt. Saute until onions are soft and spread mixture on pizza dough. (Boboli works but if you can make your own it's better) Top with paremesan and mozzarella cheese(as little or as much to your liking) and add a little chopped fresh basil. Bake at about 450, time varies depending on your dough.
