Grilled Portobello mushrooms are what made me finally stop eating meat. They have all the good qualities of a steak, without being heavy and fatty.
Toss the mushroom caps on a grill, basting with a little oil, and a little worcestershire.
You can really get creative with these, but I think its cool to serve them on a nice homemade italian bread hamburger bun, with One big grilled mushroom cap, some lettuce, tomato, and maybe sprouts.
